Who Leads The Group ?

John F. Gardner, President and CEO of The Birding Consultant ™ Group has 36 years experience in the birding business. In addition to being Founder of the franchise Wild Bird Marketplace ® (1989), the famous Bird Seed Savings Day ® (1974) , a fund raising event for non-profit organizations and The Bird Feeders Society ™ (1976) an organization promoting backyard bird feeding. He has served as a Wild Bird Products Sales Trainer for the Ralston Purina Company, Purina Mills, Bay-Mor Pet Feed, New Holland Supply and other regional and national organizations.

Recently he worked with with Chapin Mfg., Central Farm & Garden, America's Wild Bird Food and Lizzie Mae's Bird Seed in their birding growth and development.

He is author of seven books on the topic of birding and nature and has just completed a new two part book 'Gearing up for Greater Sales' and '52 Successful Promotions used by Wild Bird Stores'. Both aimed at the Wild Bird Speciality Store owner/operator.
